General Requirements

• All visa applications are submitted to the Consulate of the Russian Federation.

• All applicants need to attend in person for submission of the application and to have their biometric data collected.

Document requirements

The below requirements are for nationals of Denmark applying for a visa in Copenhagen. If you are not a Danish national, additional documentation may be requested. Your DOX contact person will inform you about the process and requirements.

• Letter of invitation: See guide here
  The company letter of invitation can be used to apply for a business visa for all European nationals applying from Denmark. Requirements may vary for other nationals.

• Application form: https://visa.kdmid.ru/
  Please make sure to inform us about your chosen password in order for us to be able to make updates on your behalf.

• Insurance letter
  The letter needs to state full name of applicant, validity and that the coverage includes Russia. The insurance needs to cover the entire stay in Russia.

• Passport (at least 6 months validity)
  Please make sure to provide us with a copy of your passport in order for us to check all the documentation.

• Passport photo (not older than 6 months)
  The consulate will check all photos in the passport to make sure the photo has not been used for a previous visa, older than 6 months.

• For multiple entry: A copy of applicant’s last entry and exit stamps from Russia.
  The applicant needs to have visted Russia within the last 12 months in order to obtain a multiple entry visa. If the visa is not in the passport, the applicant is applying with, a copy of the ID page of the passport holding the visa needs to be included.

Biometrics

All applicants need to attend in person at the Consulate of the Russian Federation to have their biometric data collected.
