General Requirements
All visa applications are submitted to the Embassy of India via post.
The below requirements list is for Danish nationals. Additional documentation may be required for other nationalities.

Document requirements
Original passport
A least 6 months beyond visa validity.Visa Application Form
Please choose “Regular/Paper Visa Application” and proceed to fill in the details. It is obligatory to upload an electronic photo to the application.Passport photo (1)
Invitation letter from the company in India: See template here
Guarantee letter from the Danish employer: See template here
Fees and processing times
It is currently only possible to apply for visas by submitting the application to the embassy’s mailbox.
The embassy will contact us once the visa has been issued.
Current processing time: 3 - 5 business days
Visa fee, 1 year, single or multiple entries: 770 DKK
Visa fee, more than 1 year: 1570 DKK
