General Requirements
All documents need to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before submission to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Berlin.
All documents need to be translated into Russian by a certified translator and include a translator confirmation page. Both original and the translation need to be legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Supporting documents
Two originals of the document to be legalised must be provided. One copy is returned after legalisation and the second copy remains at the embassy. If it is not possible to provide two originals, one can be a certified copy made by the Notary.
If the document to be legalised refers to an activity of a legal entity, i.e. companies, an official letter from the Chamber of Commerce should also be submitted, stating that the company is registered in Denmark. The letter needs to be translated into Russian and legalised.
